When I learned the issues The Law Office Of Faye Gordon were having I had the perfect solution. All legal offices have files from current and previous cases. The problem is those documents can take up a significant amount of space. The stacks of documents also make it difficult to search for specific documents.
My solution to them was to scan all paper documents to an image file and back it up to the flash drive pictured above. Paperless offices has many advantages, some of them include:
